Hypnotist Paul McKenna is to speak at this year’s Global Travel Group conference.
His session at the event on March 8-10 near Chester will focus on agents achieving their potential, improving customer service and marketing themselves and their business in their local area and online.
McKenna will share his self-help expertise and hypnotherapy techniques, using scientific psychological procedures to make dramatic changes in peoples’ lives with delegates, including agents and tour operators.
Also speaking at this year’s conference will be Afghanistan war veteran, Ben McBean who has since run the London Marathon, reached Mount Everest Base Camp and completed the Three Peaks Challenge.
McBean has become a successful property investor and will provide agents with an insight into his approach to business and maintaining a positive attitude being the key to success.

The consortium will be returning to Carden Park Hotel for the fourth year running for its conference.
