Kuoni launches Sneak Preview 2001 brochure

said the Sneak Preview programme will give customers who pre-register a better choice of product.

“We have a small number of clients who come back from their holiday and want to register for the following year,” said Biggs. “Some want to return to the same hotel but others don’t know where they want to go but are keen to book well in advance. This sneak preview brochure will allow them access to a range of our best-selling product before registering.”

She added that even those customers who have an idea of a destination still want the security of a brochure.

Despite the programme containing a handful of early-bird savers – including discounts of up to £400 per room – Biggs said the programme was not intended to provide early-booking offers

“There are one or two special offers in the programme but I regard this brochure as more of a service to our customers than an incentive to book early,” she said.

Destinations in the brochure include the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Mauritius, Kenya, Egypt, Dubai and Barbados.

The operator’s worldwide brochure will be launched in early summer.

KUONI is giving customers a taste of its 2001 product with the launch of a new brochure targeted at bookers.

The long-haul specialist has included a selection of its best-selling hotels in the Caribbean, Middle East and Africa, India and Indian Ocean and the Far East.

Managing director Sue Biggs said the Sneak Preview programme will give customers who pre-register a better choice of product.
