n Hotels are graded into six categories based on quality of accommodation, location and local rates. Passes range from yellow, for the most economical hotels, though pink, green, blue, red and silver(at the luxury end).
n Price per voucher varies from £30 to £92 depending on which category the client chooses and the destination.
n Clients may pay extra to upgrade to a higher-category hotel in the destination.
n Price is per room per night with either two adults and two children or three adults allowed in each room in most hotels.
n Rooms can be pre-booked from the UK or as the client travels – subject to availability.
n Onward bookings can be made through a toll-free reservations line or by any of the hotels.
