n smoking banned on gulf air london routes



Gulf Air has includedLondon services in its list of routes which will become non-smoking flights from July 1. The ban affects flights from Heathrow to Bahrain and Muscat. Gulf said it made the decision to include Heathrow services after passenger surveys.



n air 2000 to promote disney theme parks



Air 2000 is promotingDisney’s Florida theme parks on Orlando-boundaircraft. Information includes a Walt Disney World video, a resort guide and advice on tickets.Children will be given an Air 2000 kids pack.



n Brymon throws in free bus transfers



British Airways franchise carrier Brymon Airways is offering passengers free bus transfers to Belfast city centre. The offer lasts until July 31 and is to celebrate the launch of thrice-daily Newcastle-BelfastInternational services.Bus tickets will be given out on flights.



n Cathay pacific offers free internal flights



Cathay Pacific ispromoting a free internal flight in Australia and New Zealand to UK passengers. Customers must travel on Cathay, through Hong Kong, to Australasia to qualify for the flights between Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Cairns, Auckland and Christchurch. The Ozzie Hopper fare starts from £720 from Heathrow and Manchester.



n BAA sets completion date for terminal work



BAA will complete thedevelopment of Heathrow’s Terminal One arrivals area in the summer. The £208m investment in T1 over the last seven years saw the terminal’s domestic arrivals facilities refurbished last year.
