THESCOTTISH Passenger Agents’ Association has issued a public statement in an effort to clarify that it has no connection to the newly formed consortium, the Scottish Passenger Agents Retail Consortium.
Bell Travel managing director Val Foylan, who will become SPAA president in November, said many agents believe SPARC is the commercial arm of the SPAA.
“There is no connection between the two. We want to make it clear that you do not have to be a member of SPARC to join the SPAA,”she said.
