UNIVERSAL Studios is taking 50 UK tour operators, agents and ticket companies to visit the new Islands of Adventure theme park in its opening week.
The Florida attraction is opening on May 10, two months earlier than anticipated (Travel Weekly March 15).
The industry trip takes place between May 11 and 14. Participants include Keith Prowse Attraction Tickets and Seligo Holidays.
Universal’s sales and marketing director for Europe, Jo Rzymowska, said the guests would visit both Islands of Adventure and the Universal Studios theme parks during their stay.
They will be given VIP treatment in the parks, which means they will not have to queue for the attractions.
