City-breaks growth target for Debonair

DEBONAIR has launched a city-break brochure to boost traffic on its pan-European network. Eurostyle Vacations features two to four-star hotels in seven cities served by Debonair from Luton.

Crawley-based C&B Travel Services has secured rooms in up to four hotels in the city centres of Paris, Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Munich, Cologne and Dusseldorf for the airline.

About 1,200 independent agents are being offered 10% commission to sell the programme.

Debonair chairman and chief executive Franco Mancassola said the initiative was partly to promote his airline’s destinations, but he was also responding to passenger demands.

“We have had a lot of requests to offer hotels. There is a big section of passengers who want an all-inclusive package,” he said.

Flight-inclusive prices lead-in at ú167 per person for two nights in the Libertel Lyon Bercy hotel in Paris. Other prices include ú219 for the Hotel Londres in Madrid and ú239 for the Hotel Donatello in Rome.
