As a small telesales agent, our brochure requirements are simple: we would like to receive a file copy of everything (so we know what’s happening), then bulk supplies of the brochures we order.
This would reduce distribution costs, minimise waste, save us lugging tonnes of brochures up and down stairs and spare the trees. Can ABC or BPexplain why this is so difficult to arrange?
