GUESTSat this week’s Scottish Passenger Agents’ Association dinner are being urged to show restraint amid fears that some plan to heckle speaker Bob Ayling, British Airways chief executive.
Some agents are believed to be planning to give Ayling a hostile reception at the event in Glasgow on Thursday evening.
