Gold Medal adds new Dubai options to meet rising demand

GOLD Medal Travel has expanded its Dubai programme in a move to reflect the growing demand for the shopping capital of the Middle East.

The operator has also introduced its first hotel in Oman, which is also showing growth.

Product manager Malcolm Archbold said: “As Dubai continues to develop as a year round destination the range of hotels and tour options is expanding.”

New properties in Dubai include the Beit Al Bahar villas, Al Maha Desert Resort and Golden Sands Apartments, while a selection of full and half day tours have been added. Prices include £349 for five nights room only at the three Golden Sands including flights with Gulf Air.

In Muscat, the four-star Radisson SAS Hotel is new.

A special family package – branded Family Focus – has been put together at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, with unlimited entrance to the Wild Wadi water park.
