Return fares to Australia for less than £1,000 have been released in a four-day flash sale by Qantas.
The offer, which includes London to Sydney at £999, runs until 11.59pm on February 18 for varying unspecified travel periods this year.
Discounted returns to Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth start at £1.049 with all flights in the promotion, which opened yesterday (Wednesday), operating via Singapore.
Discounts in the ‘Come & Say G’Day to Australia’ deal vary from route to route and selected travel dates and days apply.
Qantas said: “Flights from London to Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne are via Singapore. Selected travel dates, days and routes apply and are based on availability.”
Qantas international fares include checked baggage, food, drink and in-flight entertainment as standard.
The airline continues to expand its network in Europe, with new flights from Paris to Perth set to be introduced in July, and the return of direct flights from Rome to Perth in June.
Plans are also progressing for a new flagship First Lounge at Heathrow in preparation for ‘Project Sunrise’ non-stop flights between London and Sydney expected in late 2025.
