Daily non-stop flights between Heathrow and Kigali have been scheduled by RwandAir for the winter.
The upgraded frequency on the London route starts from October 29, increasing from four times a week.
The African nation’s airline operates from Heathrow Terminal 3 using two-class Airbus A330 aircraft.
The service has a flight time of 8 hours and 30 minutes with onward connections to destinations such as Cape Town, Johannesburg, Harare, Lusaka, Entebbe, Nairobi, Lagos, Accra and Douala.
The airline has flown between London and Kigali since May 2017 via Brussels, having initially launched flights from Gatwick.
Flights were switched to Heathrow in 2020 to improve connections with a non-stop service introduced last November with four flights a week.
