Virgin Atlantic has confirmed a return to Tel Aviv from September 5 alongside a new codeshare pact with El Al.
The airline will resume flights to the Israeli gateway city from Heathrow for the first time since October 11.
The service has been suspended due to the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
The resumption will see daily flights operated using Airbus A330 aircraft.
Meanwhile, the codeshare partnership with EL AL will see the two airlines place codes on their respective London and Tel Aviv services, giving up to four daily flights.
Rival British Airways resumed Heathrow-Tel Aviv flights in April with an initial reduced frequency via Cyprus.
An additional Virgin Atlantic codeshare with SkyTeam alliance member Saudia will provide connectivity between Saudi Arabia and Virgin Atlantic destinations.
The UK carrier is also working with new SkyTeam member SAS towards new commercial partnerships with access to and from Scandinavian key hubs.
