Andante Travels bolsters 2023 programme with three new cruises

Andante Travels has added three cruises to its 2023 programme, covering destinations such as Malta and Aeolian island Lipari.

Both destinations are new cruise calls for the special interest tour operator, which will also visit Sicily, Corsica and Egypt in the programme.

Expert guide Dr Eireann Marshall will join both new European cruises.

Prices for the 10-day Cruising the Islands of Malta, Sicily and the Aeolian Archipelago, departing from Valetta, Malta, on June 24, start from £5,895.

Ports of call include Gozo (pictured) Malta; Syracuse and Catania, Sicily; and Lipari.

The lead-in price for the Cruising the Extraordinary Island of Corsica sailing departing from Nice on September 7 is £4,495.

There is also a new Egypt cruise, which sails between Aswan and Cairo and includes a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum.

Prices for the Cruising the Nile sailing, departing April 30, start from £6,495.

The itinerary includes a selection of Tell el-Armana’s tombs and Seti I’s temple at one of the oldest cities of ancient Egypt, Abydos. Dr Elizabeth Bloxam will join the 17-day cruise.

Prices for all the operator’s cruises for next year include return flights from London, an expert guide and tour manager.
