Not Just Travel has appointed Nicky Bird as its new partnership manager, with a focus on providing support to travel consultants.
Bird previously worked for Cunard as its partnership development manager, prior to which she spent more than a decade with Tui, working as the business development manager for the cruise and maritime division, as well as a resort manager.
Her appointment comes as part of Not Just Travel’s goal to double in size by the end of the year.

Bird said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Not Just Travel. I was looking for a company that I believed in and could see a long future career with and have found the perfect fit.
“It will be great to see some familiar faces and reconnect with [key trade] partners to ensure I offer the best training and knowledge for our consultants.”
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm The Travel Franchise, said: “We’re attracting the best talent in the country as we’re expanding fast.
“Nicky’s appointment is part of our continued commitment to further develop the support we provide to our franchise family, not just for those new to travel, but for those who are expanding their business.
“As a result, we believe we have the highest ratio of business development team members to franchisees in our industry. The level of training and mentoring we offer remains unbeatable in the industry.”
