Premier Holidays has brought out a flash sale for Jersey in response to the easing of entry restrictions to the Channel island.
The Jersey government’s decision to suspend its Safer Travel policy has meant a return to unrestricted pre-pandemic, inbound travel arrangements, with no arrival testing or isolation requirements for any visitors and no pre-departure travel forms from February 7.
Premier Holidays said the relaxation in the rules had resulted in a sharp rise in bookings at the weekend.
In response to the eased rules, the operator has brought out savings of up to £175 per booking on holidays to Jersey booked by February 28, 2022.
The promotion is valid on all holidays departing between May 1 and August 31, with the discount in proportion to the overall holiday spend.
A discount of £40 applies to bookings up to £500 and increases to £50 for bookings of £501 to £1000, with incremental discounts as booking values go up. For holidays of £7,501 or more, a discount of £175 is applicable.
The operator also has value offers of free nights, meals and room upgrades.
Sales and marketing director Debbie Goffin said: “The removal of these travel restrictions is great news for holidays to Jersey, customers are eager to book, and we want to give them even more incentive to do so, which is why we are launching this sale.”
Travel agents can also win various prizes as part of Premier Holidays Friday Feeling Agent Incentive. Sales managers Carly Charteris and Karen Milward are visiting agents this month to tell agents about the incentive.
