PTS managing director Mark Sutton leaves business after five years

Protected Trust Services managing director Mark Sutton has left the company after five years.

Sutton confirmed his departure in a post on Facebook, saying the company had “consumed his life” and had “not all been a bed of roses” but achievements produced before, during and after the pandemic have been “nothing short of phenomenal both for myself and the business”.

He added: “It is with great sadness that I leave PTS… the experiences gained have stood me in good stead for the future – whatever that looks like.”

Sutton joined PTS as commercial director in January 2020 and became managing director in January 2022. He previously held roles with Jumbo Tours and Cabfind International, and prior to that was sales and marketing director for Taxi Transfers.

In his post, he thanked colleagues and said he would “not be disappearing from this industry”.

PTS declined to comment on his departure.
