Royal Caribbean appoints EMEA training manager

Royal Caribbean International has appointed Kristi Reeser in the newly created position of EMEA training manager.

Reeser has relocated from her role as consumer outreach trainer at Royal Caribbean’s North American team.

She has been tasked with supporting the wider EMEA team and will begin by conducting training for all EMEA call centres.

“I’m so excited to move to the EMEA office and be part of an amazing and dynamic team,” Reeser said.

“My favourite type of training is for new hires as everyone is excited to learn and I get to be the one to show them how amazing Royal Caribbean is as a company and a brand.

“Royal has rolled out the red carpet; I’m looking forward to getting fully up to speed and supporting the region.”

Ben Bouldin, vice-president Europe, Middle East and Africa said: “The team and I are so pleased to have Kristi on board.

“Her incredible knowledge will be vital in helping us maintain high quality customer communications across all our call centres and EMEA teams.”
