SPL Villas has appointed Jack Wornham has joined as sales and operations team leader.
He is tasked with optimising the villa specialist’s sales, reservation and operations functions, and will report to managing director, Edward Frampton-Fell.
Wornham has 10 years of travel industry experience, with brands including Classic Collection, Luxtripper and LoveHolidays.
He said: “SPL Villas shares my belief that excellent customer service is the key to success and I’m looking forward to working with the team there to ensure we’re maintaining our reputation for delivering best-in-class standards for everyone who books with us.
“Alongside that, I’ll be working hard with our sales team to ensure that every inquiry – whether one of the growing number we receive from travel agent partners, or directly via our website or call centre – is converted quickly, professionally and at the best possible value to the customer.”
Fell added: “I’m looking forward to collaborating with him to build on the momentum we’ve established in 2024 following our brand refresh, technology upgrade and our decision to work even more closely with travel agents – bookings from whom have grown by 70% this year.
“I’m confident that his blend of experience, expertise and enthusiasm will be of huge benefit to us in 2025 – which, based on current levels of inquiry – promises to be a bumper year.”
