Rush Insurance expands trade team with two new executives

Rush Insurance has expanded its agent-facing team to provide more support to its travel trade partners.

The insurance specialist has appointed two new business development executives, following the promotion of Louise Bates to the role of sales and relationships director in November.

They are Jasmine (Jazz) Preece, who has worked in the customer care centre at Rush Insurance for more than four years, and Vicky Whitehead, who is joining on March 4.

Bates said: “Jazz has extensive knowledge of our products and services and has built some great relationships with our partners.

“Her experience will prove invaluable as we continue to grow. Jazz will be a huge part of our enhanced service proposition.

“Vicky was previously business development manager at DoSomethingDifferent.com.

“Her experience of building and managing amazing relationships with travel agents and delivering fun and informative training, supports our focus on providing our agents with the highest possible levels of service that they have come to expect from Rush Insurance.”

She added: “Both Vicky and Jasmine will report to me. Our focus will be to ensure that we build on the fabulous relationships we already have, bring in new partnerships, increase brand awareness and that we continue to deliver the highest levels of training by giving the agents the necessary tools, and skills to sell travel insurance compliantly and confidently.

“Jasmine and Vicky are the perfect addition to our team, and I honestly cannot wait for us to get out there, doing what we are good at and doing it with energy, enthusiasm and always a smile, making this very essential product fun to sell.”
