Crystal isn’t clear on its late offers

Some of the stories we get from travel agents make you wonder whether operators are really bothered about selling holidays at all.


Crystal Holidays sent its late-availability list to Waterfall Travel in Skipton, which duly put the offers in its window.


But when a client wanted to book, the operator couldn’t find the holiday and complained it was only just starting to load its late-availability offers onto its system.


Several attempts to book proved unsuccessful and Waterfall Travel lost the client.


Not surprisingly, Waterfall is now recommending alternatives. Come on Crystal, help the agent to help you.
