Valerie-Anne Mingay has been appointed key account manager at Globepost, the parent company of the on-line travel provider Travelselect.com. Mingay had previously worked as sales manager for Hamilton Travel, which ceased trading last month (Travel Weekly Aug 21).
n Lufthansa appoints grotepass to new post
Lufthansa has appointed Dieter Grotepass as the new sales and marketing chief for UK and Ireland. Grotepass was previously general manager market presence at Star Alliance in Frankfurt.
