JMC launches dedicated Italy programme to meet demand
JMC has launched a dedicated Italy brochure in a bid to increase its share of the market.
The new brochure will be aimed at couples and has projected carryings in its first year of 10,000. Product director Alan MacLean said the rising demand for Italy warranted the stand-alone brochure.
“We have built a strong presence in Italy in our existing programmes and felt the time was right to launch a dedicated programme,” he said.
As well as couples, the product will also appeal to groups and single travellers, predicted MacLean.
The programme includes selfdrive, flydrive and coach tours, and features Lake Magglore, Lake Como, Lake Garda, Tuscany, Sicily, the Neapolitan Riviera, Amalfi Coast and Capri.
City breaks and seven-night coach tours to Rome, Pisa, Florence, Siena and Venice are also featured. Prices start at £359 per person for seven nights’ half-board at Lago Di Garda in Maclesine, Lake Garda.
Charter and scheduled flights to Milan, Sorrento, Pisa and Sicily are available from Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, East Midlands and Stansted.
