THE Kempinski Hotel Group is hoping to improve its repeat client record with the introduction of a new guest loyalty programme.
Launched next month, Private Concierge will offer members a number of benefits whether they are in residence at a Kempinski property or not. The programme is similar to an exclusive membership club, where the top 5% of the German hotel chain’s clientele will receive an invitation to join.
The potential members – which will number around 10,000 worldwide – will be nominated by the management of the individual properties.
Benefits available to non-resident members include full use of the health and fitness facilities, access to the services of a hotel concierge, a 15% discount at the properties’ bars and restaurants and access to executive lounges and meeting rooms.
When in residence, members receive a personalised check-in facility, automatic room upgrade, early check-in/late check-out service, free laundry and dry-cleaning, cash advances on credit cards, free morning papers and frequent-flyer miles with partnership airlines.
