British travellers face further flight disruption from this evening thanks to striking French air traffic controllers.
Flights to and from France are expected to be seriously impacted as workers down tools at 6pm this evening until 6am on Friday over planned pension reforms.
The action is also expected to have a wider impact as it will affect many routes that require passing through French airspace.
Airlines are already warning travellers to expect delayed and cancelled flights as a result of the action with Ryanair, Easyjet, British Airways, Air France, BMI Baby and Jet2 all posting information, updates and advice on their own websites.
