The first stand-alone brochure of holidays for adults only has been issued by Tui UK. The Thomson Couples brochure is one of 16 new editions released this week for summer 2011.
The couples programme includes 19 “contemporary adult-only” hotels in the Algarve, Menorca, Ibiza, Costa Del Sol, Italy, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Cyprus, Corfu, Rhodes, Kefalonia, Crete, Turkey, Egypt as well as Mexico and Dominican Republic.
First Choice has added the Greek island of Thassos with five properties on a self-catering and half board basis. Prices start at £379 per adult for seven nights half board.
Both Thomson and First Choice have added twin-centre holidays between Marrakech and Essaouria in Morocco. The holidays combine three nights in Marrakech and four nights in the beach resort of Essaouira.
First Choice will be introducing a new Holiday Villages Got Talent concept across seven of its ten dedicated resorts with stars of TV reality shows participating, including Jamie Archer and Lloyd Daniels from X Factor, Paul Burling from Britain’s Got Talent and Joe Pasquale, winner of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
