CO-OP Travelcare has strengthened its presence in Scotland with the acquisition of sister agency Scottish Midland Co-operative Society for an undisclosed sum.
The deal for the four-strong chain brings the number of Travelcare shops to 264.
The shops, in Leith, Carluke, Edinburgh and South Queensferry, have a combined turnover of £4m. They have all been rebranded to Co-op Travelcare and all staff have been retained.
