Gold Medal extends opening hours to support Disney demand

B2B operator Gold Medal has extended its opening hours and added special offers to cater for expected high demand for a new Disney offer.

Walt Disney World Resort Florida’s ‘Free Dining & Drinks’ offer went live on Wednesday morning (April 18).

New incentives from Gold Medal mean that agents who book by April 30 will earn £75 Instant Farebank Rewards and receive a $100 Disney Gift Card on Gold Medal, Pure Luxury and Cruise Plus package bookings.

Additionally, Gold Medal, Pure Luxury and Cruise Plus are offering savings of up to £300 per package booking.

These offers are valid on package bookings of seven nights or more, including park tickets.

Gold Medal opened its phone lines an hour earlier than usual on Wednesday morning and will be open for calls this on Sunday (April 21) from 11am until 3pm.

Adrian James, product and commercial director, said: “We are thrilled that Walt Disney World Resort Florida have brought back their Free Dining & Drinks deal for summer holidays into 2025.

“We have pulled out all the stops to ensure we are ready to support agents in securing more magical experiences for their clients than ever before.”

In addition to the latest Florida incentives, last month Gold Medal announced it was rewarding agents who booked Florida private homes and villa packages with instant £75 Farebank Rewards following the launch of it dedicated guide. This incentive remains live to agents until April 30.
