Agents given chance to win 60 pairs of Jet2.com aircraft seats

Independent agents have the chance to win one of more than 60 pairs of Jet2.com aircraft seats to display in their branches in a ‘Seat2Shop’ incentive.

The seats, previously in operation on the company’s recently retired Boeing 757, are being offered to “bring to life” what it is like to travel on Jet2holiday flights.

Agents are being asked to engage on social media to be in with a chance of winning by following Jet2holidays’ Partners2Success channels on Facebook or Instagram, sharing a selfie of themselves with Jet2holidays using the hashtag #Seat2Shop, and liking Partners2Success’ #Seat2Shop social media post.

All entries will be entered into a random draw, with the winners chosen in early next month.

The delivery of the seats will then be organised by the operator’s trade support team, with the aim to have all seats installed by May.

The incentive is part of Jet2holidays’ One Step Beyond campaign, designed to help agency partners throughout peaks.

Further incentives are due to be unveiled in the coming weeks in a bid to support agents in driving sales, developing their expertise and boosting engagement with customers.

The promotion has so far:

  • Encouraged customers to book via an agency partner by offering £100 per person off all packages booked through an independent travel agent.
  • Offered independent travel agency and homeworker partners the chance to win one of 200 places on a Destination Discovery trip in 2025 through an incentive called Book for a Break.
  • Introduced tech tools such as Gen AI search, live chat, and self-serve options to make the booking process easier.
  • Encouraged consumers to used independent agents by putting them at the heart of a multi-million pound advertising campaign, including TV advertising and on flights.

Trade sales general manager Lloyd Cross said: “We have continued to see strong demand via independent travel agency partners throughout peaks, and as we wave farewell to a busy January, our focus remains on supporting partners with everything they need to continue driving sales.

‘This campaign has been carefully planned and developed alongside agency partners to help them drive sales and develop their knowledge, but also to enhance the in-store experience, and the feedback has been brilliant. 

‘There is no better way to make that in-store experience more immersive than by having actual Jet2.com seats for customers to sit on, and we know this will be a huge with partners who want to create a more engaging experience. 

‘With more of our award-winning holidays on sale than ever across multiple seasons, there has never been a better opportunity for partners to grow and we are doing everything we can to support them with that growth.”
