No problems with Ryanair CRS bookings

With regards to the open letter addressed to myself from Richard Mills, (Travel Weekly February 28).

Mills must be aware that bookings can come back to agents via the computer reservation system as unconfirmed. The most common reason for this is that the class of travel was in full in Ryanair’s inventory, but showing as available on the CRS. Ryanair, in common with all airlines must reserve the right to returnbookings and five minutes does not seem to be an unreasonable amount of time between making the reservation and the reject message being received.

With reference to the clients request for wheelchair help; these requests are routinely made via the CRS – that is the purpose. Finally, we do not, nor ever have had, a flight from Gatwick to Dublin at 2.05pm.
