Royal Caribbean International has appointed Clem Galindo as senior manager for international corporate, incentive and charter sales.
Galindo has nearly 30 years of experience in the cruise industry, 25 of which have been with Royal Caribbean, but he more recently worked for Celebrity Cruises and Virgin Voyages.
Based in the company’s Miami headquarters, Galindo has been tasked with overseeing the international meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) segment of the business.

He has also been tasked with driving growth in the MICE area and supporting the demand from international companies booking incentive travel, corporate groups and charter cruises.
Galindo will report to Craig Jarrett, director of global corporate incentive and charter sales.
