EasyJet and Trailfinders ranked among best places to work in UK

EasyJet and Trailfinders have been rated as among the best places to work in the UK.

The budget carrier came sixth in the 50 top ranked firms to work for.

Trailfinders was ranked in 37th position and the only other travel business on the list.

The winners are determined using workplace community Glassdoor’s proprietary awards algorithm.

Each employer’s rating is determined based on the quantity, quality, and consistency of Glassdoor-approved company reviews submitted by UK-based employees between October 2023 and October 2024.

The ranking was easyJet’s highest to date as it appeared as the only airline on in the list.

The rankings are based on anonymous employee feedback.

EasyJet chief executive Kenton Jarvis said: “We firmly believe our employees are our greatest asset and we’re committed to providing the best possible experience for them.

“We’re very proud to once again be recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK and achieve our highest ranking to date.

“This is a testament to our focus on creating an inclusive, positive and rewarding environment where our colleagues can be and do their best.”

Glassdoor chief executive Christian Sutherland-Wong added: “The best places to work award is more than just recognition it’s a trusted guide for job seekers striving to find not only a great workplace but also a better work life.

“By showcasing companies where employees truly thrive, this award empowers professionals to choose employers that align with their values and priorities. It also highlights the critical role of transparency and feedback in shaping a future where work supports a fulfilling life.”
