Club Med has credited travel agents for helping it to achieve a 180% increase in bookings in its 2026 winter sale compared with last year, with two days of the promotion still to run.
The first two days of the sale, which opened on February 11, surpassed booking levels recorded in last year’s week-long campaign, which itself generated three times more business than in 2023.
There has been a “significant” increase in early bookings this year, while top-performing resorts include Tignes, Les Arcs Panorama, Alpe D’Huez and Val Thorens.
Nicolas Bresch, managing director of Club Med UK, Ireland and the Nordics, said: “This remarkable achievement has been made possible by the great efforts made by our teams, who received a record number of calls on the opening day of the sale, along with the invaluable support of our key travel agent partners.”
Of bookings made during the sale, which ends on February 14, a total of 97% have been made by repeat customers and more than 95% are family bookings.
Festive trips in December 2025 have proven to be most in-demand, followed by February half-term and Easter 2026.
Bresch added: “Our record-breaking winter 2026 sale is testament to the trust and loyalty of our customers, who are eager to secure their dream ski holidays well in advance.
“With a few days to go until the sale ends, there’s still time to take full advantage of the best prices and room options, even during peak weeks.”
