Roberts’ appointment follows the recent recruitment of Jamie-Lee Abtar as marketing manager, Huw Price as product manager and Michelle Thake as business development manager.
“I have watched Not in the Guidebooks grow in recent years and believe they have an exceptionally strong proposition,” said Roberts.
“I am looking forward to strengthening our relationships with agents and supporting them as they build their businesses in this sector.”
Sowden said: “As consumer demand in the UK increases for experiential travel, our goal is to be the brand that is front of mind for agents.
“Tracy’s role will mean that we can continue to increase our engagement with agents and ensure we provide them with the tools and knowhow to help them service their customers in this area.
“Tracy’s experience of working as a retail agent will also be beneficial to use as we continue to grow our business as she knows instinctively what agents want from operators.”
