Mark Lowman leaves Virgin Voyages after 18 months

Virgin Voyages’ Mark Lowman has left his role as Australia and New Zealand sales manager after less than two years.

Lowman, who previously spent a decade at Princess Cruises in the UK including five years as sales operations manager, announced his departure from the remote working role on LinkedIn.

He said: “After 18 months, last Monday I said goodbye to Virgin Voyages. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work for such a game changing and innovative brand. I couldn’t be more proud of the achievements during this time.

“But most of all the incredible international sales team who are quite simply phenomenal. You know who you are… I cannot thank you enough for your support, teamwork and friendship.

“So what next? I am seeking new and exciting challenges.”

Lowman, choreographer and vocal coach for Dorset-based pop and rock choir Vocalize, added: “Life has afforded me a very brief chance to reenergise, spend precious time with family, friends and coaching my two superbly talented choirs Vocalize & Vocalize Youth.”

Virgin Voyages has not announced a successor for his position.
